For more advanced development requirements, RiDP™ Premier Membership provides Developers with access to the following tools and extended technical support and resources.
Premier membership is priced at €600 in the first year. Annual membership renewal prices are reduced to €450. These prices exclude VAT.
The following are available to Premier Members:
Access is granted to the RiDP™ Technical Q&A Database, where Developers can post questions to our engineering team, via the online support system, to help them solve development issues. Premier members are offered 3 support incidents per year and have the option to purchase additional Incident Support Blocks.
In order to facilitate the testing of the developed solution in connection with Ricoh products, Premier members are able to visit the RiDP™ Test Laboratory – located in Dusseldorf, Germany.
