Development Environment: 

RXOP is built with Java. This allows RXOP to run on various platforms such as MS Windows, Linux and Apple Macintosh.

Architecture: 

The tool is separated into 4 java library modules: rxconf.jar, rxfw.jar, rxinst.jar, rxsp.jar. Those java libraries can be used either as standalone or integrated into Java application.
