Premier Plus members may receive classroom technical training on the following tools:
- SDK/J
- GlobalScan SDK
At no extra cost, members can attend 1 training session per year (for SDK/J or GlobalScan SDK) with a maximum of 6 persons.
Training takes place at Ricoh's 'European Development & Support Center', located in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Device SDK Type-J (SDK/J) training sessions have the duration of two days and approach the main aspects related to this SDK from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Themes like J2ME, Xlet, MFP Class, security, development environment, and sample programs, are included in this training, along with several demos and a 'hands-on' session.
Attendees are required to have at least one year of experience with the Java programming language and, if possible, knowledge about embedded development.
